To ensure a smooth installation process, our clients are responsible for providing visa arrangements, round-trip tickets, accommodation, and meals for our technical engineer. Additionally, they must ensure the personal health and safety of our engineer and cover a daily salary of 120 units.

 

We take pride in offering a comprehensive guarantee for our products. For a period of two years from the date of delivery to the destination port, we will replace any broken parts (excluding easily damaged parts) free of charge, provided the damage is not caused by human error. However, the buyer will be responsible for covering the postage fees.
