Our fence mesh welding machine is equipped with a cent-control and welding time system that is composed of a PLC program. The machine offers two input options - a touch screen and a keyboard, making it more intelligent and user-friendly. It is capable of pressing at one time or multiple times for welding. The pre-cut line wires are automatically fed into a special hopper, ensuring smooth operation. Similarly, the pre-cut cross wires are also automatically fed by a special hopper, resulting in a flat mesh surface. The hopper utilizes step motor control and brake motor wheels, allowing the cross wire to fall automatically. To ensure high-quality welding, our machine is equipped with transformers that have a power of 125KVA each. Additionally, a water cooling system is incorporated. Our clients have expressed great satisfaction with this new development. One of the greatest advantages of our machine is its ability to easily adjust the distance of the cross wire on the same wire mesh sheet. This can be done by simply setting the desired space on the touch screen. Product Parameters: 

The mesh pulling process is seamlessly integrated with a servo motor, which can be adjusted through the touch screen using specific parameters. This advanced feature ensures a more precise and accurate pulling mesh distance.
