Main Functions and Advantages of the Machine:
1. Our BRC welded wire mesh welding machine features automatic line wire feeding from the coil. This innovative design enhances convenience and significantly reduces labor costs.
2. The welding transformers are our latest models, equipped with a water cooling system that substantially extends their service life.
3. The welding pressure is managed by a mechanical spring, ensuring easy adjustments. This system is more cost-effective and requires less maintenance compared to other pneumatic models.
4. Cross wires are fed from pre-cut segments, driven one by one by a specialized step motor from the hopper.
5. Each welding transformer is independently controlled by a microcomputer, enabling central control of welding pressure in a single operation. This system enhances
intelligence.
The controller is linked to a touch screen, where welding current and time can be easily set, providing unmatched convenience.
6. Cross wire testing devices are installed. If a cross wire fails to fall correctly or is missing, the machine will stop automatically, thus preventing the production of unqualified
meshes.
Our dedicated technical engineers provide urgent technical support and consulting services. Simultaneously, we assigna
specialized technical engineer to install and debug the machine according to our client's specifications. Following this, our clients will assumethe responsibility for visa,round-trip tickets, meals, accommodation costs, and ensure the personal health and property safety of our engineers. Additionally, clients will pay a daily rate of 120USD for salaries.
Our Guarantee:Two years. Within two years from the date the goods reach the destination port, if any parts (excluding easily damaged parts) are broken due to non-human causes, the seller will replace them with new ones free of charge.
