Line Wires Automatic Feeding System
The Line Wires Automatic Feeding Device is to automatically send the manually threaded well line wires to the welding electrode position of the main mesh welding machine, so as to facilitate the main mesh welding machine to complete the welding process. When the line wires feeding car is automatically feeding, the next group of line wires will be manually prepared, which can realize the production of the main mesh welding machine without shutdown and greatly improve the production efficiency.
It is composed of a line wires feeding car, an alignment device, front and rear wire rollers and the feeding car frame.
There are several line wire clamping devices, which are installed on the beam of the line wires feeding car, and the clamping action is realized by the air cylinder.
The line wires alignment positioning device moves up and down. Before manual threading line wires, the alignment and positioning device is lifted to ensure that the length of all the line wires is consistent.
Automatic Falling Mesh Device and Automatic Transporting Mesh Device
After the mesh is welded well,the fast pulling mesh hook will hook the mesh panel and pull this mesh panel on the supporting mesh panel rack,then this mesh panel will drop on the conveying mesh device.Thus,keeping repeating,when the mesh panels height will arrive at the certain range,the conveying device will work, and convey the mesh panels to the certain position waits for the whole to move out;
The automatic falling mesh is realized by 90 degrees downward rotation of the supporting mesh rack on both sides, which is driven by air cylinder respectively.
According to the width of mesh, the center spacing of supporting mesh rack on both sides can be adjusted manually.
The width of the falling mesh is 1.0-2.5m, the thickness of the falling mesh is 500mm, and the max length of the falling mesh is 6.0m.
