2. The welding transformers are our latest models, featuring a water cooling system that extends their service life.
3. Our welding pressure uses a mechanical spring, making adjustments easy. This design reduces costs and offers lower maintenance expenses compared to other pneumatic models.
4. The cross wires are fed from pre-cut pieces, driven one by one by a step motor from a specialized hopper.
5. Each welding transformer is managed by a single microcomputer with central control for one-time pressure welding, enhancing intelligence.
The controller connects with a touch screen, allowing users to set welding current and time conveniently on the display.
6. The machine is equipped with cross wire testing devices. If a cross wire doesn't fall correctly or is missing, the machine will automatically stop, significantly reducing the occurrence of unqualified meshes.
