Glued and Coating Machine

a) The coating line can produce fiberglass mesh with a maximum width of 1000mm, utilizing a vertical type design to prevent mesh sagging due to its weight. The air pressure structure in the coating device ensures uniform glue application, enhancing the mesh joint and saving glue.

b) Our drying baker uses a unique type different from traditional resistance wire, heating the mesh evenly to prevent burning. More importantly, it consumes less power.

c) The heating temperature is managed via the control panel, ensuring uniform heat distribution across all parts of the fiberglass mesh, resulting in superior quality.

d) The integrated store cloth unit ensures continuous operation by storing about 30 meters of mesh, eliminating downtime during the load-off process.
