Glued and Coating Machine

a) The coating line can produce fiberglass mesh up to a width of 1000mm. It uses a vertical design to prevent mesh sagging due to its own weight. The coating apparatus employs air pressure to ensure uniform glue application, enhancing mesh joint integrity and conserving adhesive.

b) Our drying oven utilizes a method distinct from resistance wires, providing circular heating to avoid mesh burning while consuming less power.

d) The machine features a cloth storage unit, enabling continuous operation even during mesh load-off. The storage unit can hold approximately 30 meters of mesh.
