1. Our BRC steel wire mesh welding machine features automatic line wire feeding from coils, offering enhanced convenience and significant labor savings.
2. The welding transformers are our latest model, equipped with a water cooling system that extends their service life considerably.
3. Our welding pressure mechanism uses an easily adjustable mechanical spring, reducing both cost and maintenance expenses compared to other pneumatic models.
4. Cross wires are fed from pre-cut pieces, driven one by one by a step motor from a specialized hopper.
5. Each welding transformer is overseen by an individual microcomputer, enabling centralized control for single-time pressure welding, increasing overall efficiency and intelligence.

The controller connects with the touch screen, allowing users to set welding current and welding time conveniently on the touch screen interface.
6. Cross wire testing devices are included. If a cross wire fails to fall correctly or there is no cross wire, the machine halts automatically, significantly reducing the occurrence of defective
